Maintenance

Before your move-in, we take several steps to ensure your new home is move-in ready. Our maintenance team conducts a thorough inspection to confirm everything is in perfect working order. Then, the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized. Before you receive your keys, a member of our leasing team will walk you through the home to make sure it meets our standards. We’ll also provide a welcome gift with essential items and helpful information about the neighborhood to help you settle in comfortably.

Our community provides on-site maintenance as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance services to ensure your needs are promptly addressed at any time.

If you experience any issues in your apartment, we're here to help. Please submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, or contact the office directly for assistance. For urgent matters, our 24/7 emergency maintenance service is also available.

Maintenance requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of emergency issues, which are prioritized. Once your work order is completed, our maintenance team will leave a note on your counter with the details of the service. The same information will also be updated in your resident portal. If a repair requires a replacement part or third-party assistance, we’ll follow up with you directly. We communicate every step of the way so you always know what to expect.

No, your presence is not required. When you create your work order request, you can grant the maintenance team permission to enter your apartment if you’re not at home.

If you find yourself locked out, please contact the office during business hours or emergency maintenance for assistance at any time.

We encourage you to make your new space feel like home. You’re welcome to do basic decorating, like hanging artwork and putting up curtains. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact the office.

Amenities

Our community features three resort-style pools and two spas, a 24-hour fitness center, a cactus garden, a dog park, a fire pit, grilling stations, and many more amenities to enjoy.

The pools and spas are open 24/7 for your enjoyment. We just ask that you please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

Your apartment comes with a reserved carport. Additional uncovered parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Every home will come equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer.

We love pets! For details about pet limits, restrictions, and associated fees, please take a look at our pet policy.

A refundable deposit of $250 is required, along with a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Additionally, there is a monthly rent of $35 per pet, applicable for up to two pets.

Our community does not have a specific weight limit, but we do have restrictions on certain breeds. For further information, please check our pet policy or reach out to the office.

Absolutely! We have a community dog park where your furry friends can play and socialize.

Your home will be equipped with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Depending on the renovation style, some units may also include a microwave; however, microwaves are not available in all apartments.

Our community collaborates with CORT Furniture to help you furnish your new home. If you would like to request a quote for furniture rentals, please reach out to the office.

Our community offers lease options and lease terms ranging from 3 to 12 months. Please note that pricing, availability, and lease terms are subject to change.

Yes, the office is happy to hold your packages for up to 3 days after delivery. If you’re unable to pick them up within that time frame, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements. This helps ensure your items stay safe and secure.

Our fitness center is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to accommodate your fitness needs at your convenience.

We offer a variety of fitness equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, free weights, and resistance machines.

At Reflections at Red Mountain, our goal is to provide a peaceful and enjoyable living environment for all residents. To support this, quiet hours are observed daily from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Our team is available seven days a week to assist you at your convenience. You may visit for walk-in tours or schedule an appointment at a time that suits you best. To ensure minimal wait times, we kindly encourage you to arrange your appointment online or directly through our staff.

The management team is stationed onsite in the leasing office and is available to provide assistance seven days a week.

Approval timelines may vary; however, screening is generally completed within 24 to 48 hours. We are committed to providing consistent and transparent communication throughout every step of the process.

Move-in expenses may vary based on the lease start date, required deposits, fees, and any current promotions. Once your application is submitted, our team will provide a detailed cost sheet outlining all applicable move-in charges.

For first-time renters, we advise thoroughly reviewing the lease agreement and documenting the apartment’s condition upon move-in. Maintaining prompt communication with management regarding any maintenance issues or concerns is essential for a smooth rental experience. Our team is always available to assist you.

Yes, there are additional monthly fees for utilities that include water, sewer, pest control, and common area utilities. A detailed breakdown of all monthly charges will be provided on your move-in cost sheet prior to your relocation.

Personal renter’s insurance is not mandatory, as the community provides liability coverage included in the amenity fee.

Our community offers a resident referral program. When you refer a friend who successfully signs a lease with us, you will receive a $500 rent credit. For further details and any applicable restrictions, please contact the leasing office.

While discounts are not available for extended lease terms, we kindly remind you that monthly payments are due on the first day of each month. We encourage you to take advantage of our resident referral program, which offers up to a $500 rent credit as a valuable benefit.

Our community offers transfer options both onsite and to other communities. Please be aware that all deposits and fees are paid separately to each community. For additional information regarding transfer options, please contact the office.

Subleasing is not permitted. All leaseholders must complete the qualification process to be added to the lease and reside on the property.

We offer an option for early lease termination. The termination fee is based on your monthly charges. To initiate early termination, a written notice must be submitted 30 days in advance, accompanied by the applicable termination fee due at the time of notice.

To reach Reflections at Red Mountain, take Loop 202 and exit at Gilbert Road. Head south on Gilbert Road, then turn left onto McKellips Road. Continue on McKellips until you see Reflections at Red Mountain on the right-hand side, just before the intersection of McKellips Road and Lindsay Road. Turn right into the property entrance.
